FBC seeks contributors
Get paid to talk about books and social justice!
Feminist Book Club seeks 2-3 new voices to join our team as Content Contributors! We are especially looking for folks interested in creating podcast content.
Contributors are expected to contribute at least 3 and up to 8 pieces of content per month. This would include podcast segments, blog posts, TikTok videos, and various multimedia opportunities in our private community. Content contributors are expected to check in on our Slack workspace 2-3 times per week. This is a contract and remote position but the candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
The ideal contributor will be:
- An engaging content creator
- Tech savvy
- Aware of their privilege and identity
- Passionate about reading diversely
- Dedicated to anti-racist work
- Eager to learn more and accept feedback
- Already active in online book communities and/or social justice communities
- Self-motivated and exceptional with deadlines
- Familiar with Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, WordPress, Google Drive, and Canva
Compensation includes:
- $25 per piece of content (blog post, podcast segment, exclusive community content)
